Glenlivet Estate Ranger Service and Cairngorms National Park Rangers and Volunteer Rangers will be hand cutting the meadow. Drop in at anytime to find out more about the meadow, why we are hand cutting it and try your hand at scything.
We will be joined by John Malster from CuramFyvie to display scything technique and to demonstrate seed collection. If you would like to collect any seed to grow locally please bring along containers to take them home.
Annie Ives from Bumblebee Conservation Trust will also be on hand to help identify any bumblebees and discuss habitat management for them.
